Ombudsman

The Ombudsman is an independent and impartial person who looks into grievances issued with regard to an organization in the public or private sector and acts as a go-between in order to solve amicably any disputes. To facilitate an amicable agreement, he listens to the relevant parties, insofar as possible determines the reality of the facts, organizes mediation and proposes to the relevant parties equitable and objective options. He represents neither one of the implicated parties.
